1) Validate Your Email At the top of your “Account” page, click the "account settings" link. Then click the "Validate Email" link in the bottom right corner of the pop-up.
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address that you use to login to your account.
You must click on the link in that email in order for your account to be validated.
Note:Your email must be validated before your account may be searchable by others. 2) Select Your Sports The sport(s) that you select in your account determines the sponsorship opportunities you can offer and the sport verticals in which you can market to athletes. Make sure that you add all of the sports in which you offer products and services so you can reach as many potential athletes as possible. 3) Build Your Profile Your profile is the key to representing your company. This is where you can sell your company to potential sponsored athletes, fans, enthusiasts and anyone else who might view your profile on SponsorHouse.
Your profile has a number of default content sections that we suggest you complete, but you may add more content, delete existing sections and edit any part of your profile at anytime by going to "profile" in the main navigation and clicking on one of the 3 red action buttons at the top right of your profile.
4) Create a Team After you’ve created the above steps, you’re ready to create teams to help you manage your sponsorship program. Each team can be associated with a contract and listing enabling you to manage discount levels and sponsorship levels by team. To create a new team, click on the ‘Sponsorship’ tab in your ‘My’ navigation and then select the ‘Teams’ sub-tab. Then, select ‘Add New Team’ button and follow the steps to create the team based on the criteria you select. 5) Create a Contract Contracts are how you define the legal parameters of your sponsorship agreement and the sponsorship/discount level associated with your teams and listings. To create a contract, select ‘Sponsorship’ from the ‘My’ navigation bar and then select ‘Contract Templates’ from the sub-tab menu. From here you can follow the easy steps to create a new contract, upload a PDF version of an existing contract or create a denial message to athletes whom you select not to include in your sponsorship program. 6) Create a Listing Creating a listing is how you solicit athletes to join your sponsorship program. To create a listing for your sponsorship program, follow the steps to create a team and a contract. Then select the ‘Sponsorship’ tab from you ‘My’ navigation bar and click on the ‘Listings’ sub-tab. Then, select the ‘New Listing’ button and follow the steps to complete your newly created listing.
