Overview

How I got started

My farther raced and he got me started riding when I was 5 years old. I then got into BMX and did that till I was 11 or 12. Then I started racing Hare Scrambles at a local series and it grew from there. Been doing it ever since, averaging about 20-22 races a year.

Goals for the Future

To keep enjoying riding and racing and win more championships along the way.

Bio

Why do you like this sport?

I have met some of my best friends doing this sport. Being from a small family I feel like the racing community is my family. At the enduro and Hare Scramble races people are so laid back and friendly that it makes you feel comfortable and allows you to go out and have fun racing your dirtbike.

Why do you compete?

I compete as it`s always been fun to me. I`ve been a competitive person since I was kid, which wasn`t always a good thing. Racing allows me to be competitive on race day and not so competitive at other times.

How's Life Treating You?

My life has been treating me pretty good. I have a wonderful wife that allows me to race almost anytime I want, a great 8 year old son that loves to go to the races and is starting to enjoy riding / racing himself, and a job that allows me flexibilty to not only go racing but to attend family functions when needed. I`ve been lucky in life to always have great people behind me, including great parents that tried their best to teach me everything they could and got me pointed in the right direction.
