Overview

How I got started

I started racing 7 years ago on a CR80 in the 80cc 7-11 class, and have been racing every weekend that there was a race since then. I finshed top 10 in District 6 points in the 80cc 12-13 and 14-15 classes riding a YZ80 every year since then. my first year on bib bikes I rode a KTM125 in the 125 C and Schoolboy classes, finishing top 5 almost every weekend. I finished that year tied for second in District 7 125 C points. The last two years I was racing in the 125, 250, and 4-Stroke B classes as well as Collegeboy. In 2005 I moved to the A / Expert class and unfortunately broke my tibia and fibula early in the year which put me out for 3 months. I started reacing again in late August and have been working on getting my speed back to where it needs to be at to run with the A class. I feel with more practice and as my confidence comes back I will be right where I need to be speed wise and with some fine tuning I should be able to be a competitive front-runner in the A class.

Goals for the Future

This year I am riding a CRF450 in the 250 A/Expert class and a CRF250 in the 125A/Expert class as well as the 4-Stroke and Collegeboy (16-24) classes. In 2008 I plan to race every weekend in at least 2 of the classes mentioned as well as following the District 6 Ultimate Series. I hope to have some strong finishes and make a good impression in my and keep getting faster and more consistent each week.

Bio

What has been your most embarrassing moment?

Forgetting to put my bike in gear off the start and getting lapped 2 times in a 4 lap race in my first race ever.

Why do you like this sport?

I can do my own thing with no reprecussions for my actions except from myself and I have no teammates to count on so if something goes wrong I take the blame. Its motivation to do my absolute best at all times.

Some Personal Information About Me:

I love racing motocross as much as possible, and I ride/race as much as I can. I live in central PA and race mainly district 6 & 7, but love to travel as far and as often as possible.

Describe your style...

I`ve been told that I look like Kevin Windhan on the track. I try to be as fast and smooth as possible, not irratic and out of control.

How's Life Treating You?

Awesome!!! I`m racing motocross and getting a college education at the same time. I have a family that supports me 100% at all times and goes to every race. What more could a 20 year old ask for?
