Back To The Daily Grind.

Well it has been 2 weeks since my last race and i have basically only hit the pool a few times for some video training and not much else. So, Yesterday i decided to take a run followed by a strength workout and boy am i sore today. But it does feel good, I love working out but understand that i need to step away from it, time and again as it takes its toll on our minds also. I never felt like i needed rest after a race but after altering my training routine to get my best times i now am coming to understand that rest is a very important key to this puzzle that i have undertaken. Thats it for now, we are deciding what race is next as we are trying to buy a house and finances are tight right now so the goal is to stay in shape and add some speed and help others train to meet their goals also....
