back in the pool today!!
i got back in the pool today and it felt good, of course thanks to H2O Audio for the care package, if you do not use these guy's you really should that 2 hours in the pool fly's by with music in my ears. Thanks Guys!!!! I will be back on the bike this week and start running again and i feel strong, i felt like i was 80 percent for the race and i was able to PR my time for California, Don't get me wrong I plan on doing better and better, I will choose my next race in the coming weeks and set up my plan, I feel like I am starting to understand what and how i need to train, The package is coming together so watch out!!!!! here i come.......Good training,
