February Update
I recently returned from an injury November 1st 2005 when I broke my hand, a few bones in my back and crushed my spleen. Luckily, I was able to save my spleen. I am now in Texas training for Lake Whitney and Oak Hill. I will then begin LL qualifying races in 3 Regions.
