Overview How I got startedI started trail riding at 8 years old.
2001; Rode all the DH trails at the original, "Mountain Creek", at 12, (on a Kona Roast hardtail).
2002; Started 20" BMX racing, and won 6 of my first 8 races.
2002, 2003, 2004, I raced 20" BMX, and 24" BMX cruiser classes. won several state qualifiers, a Redline cup qualifier, and several, "Race for Life", events.
2002; Raced first Mountain Bike event, "The Blue Mountain DH Snow Race",. I also ran this race in 2003 and 2004.
2004; My first Downhill race was, "The US Open of Mountain Biking". I qualified and finished exceptionaly well for my first race. After my great finish I decided to skip the beginner class and move directly to the sport class for the up coming season.
As the end of the 2004 season approaches I have decided that I will race the 2005 season as an Expert. Goals for the FutureFinish 1st place in a NORBA National
Podium finish The PA., VA., MD., and WV., State DH Championships.
Compete in more 4x/Dual slolam events
Start racing Super D events.
Race the entire Plattekill 06 DH series, and podium my class.
Finish in the upper 25% at the US Open in the Pro class.
Ride, and Race, a competition at Whistler Mountain, BC.
Ride, Rays indoor Mt. Bike Park.
Ride The Louisville , KY Skate park. ( again)
Ride at least 1 Western Norba National
Spend as much time as possible Riding the trails in throughout the USA and at Diablo Freeride park sharpening my skills. I would also like to ride a few Dirt jumping, and "Bike Battle" type competitons. Bio Some Personal Information About Me:I am an active 18 year old, high school Sr. always on the go challenging myself and my abilities. I work in My bicycle shop, hunt with my dad, and outside of bike riding , enjoy off road Jeeping, and rock crawling. I have been off road driving since I was 10. I am also an avid snowboarder. I have been getting a reputation as a Pool Shark in the local pool halls and on the NORBA circuit, . Wiping out all comers at the Snowshoe NORBA Weekend. Do you train? What does your schedule look like?I ride my Bikes alot. I have started some cross country training recently, for wind and endurance. I have started training pretty heavy this winter. I am definatly going to be a threat this year.. I spend most of my training time Honeing my technical abilities. I have not yet come across a section of trail that if it is rideable, I cant ride. I ride mostly with faster riders trying to keep up and learning from them. How's Life Treating You?My life is good. I am dioing well in school, and I love to ride. My bike shop as well as n my dads support allow me to afford several different bikes for different ocaisions. I also have been meeting a lot of pro and fast expert riders, most I have become friends with. I just got my own Jeep all set up for off roading. I am on a great and active racing team. My family is healthy and supportive. What more could a 18 year old possibly want? Competitive Highlights 2004; "Reading XC?/FR", race. 27th place open amateur. Fastest Jr. Rider
2004;2005,2006 "US Open of Mountain biking". Open Amateur. Qualified and
finished all 3 years years.
2004; Pennsylvania State Championship DH. 1st place.
2004; NORBA, "Mid Atlantic Series" 2nd place overall in DH /2nd place overall 4x.
2005 Raced my first NORBA national at Snowshoe, WV. Finished 5th 2006 finished 5 th place in the Mid atlantic series in the downhill 2006 finished 2nd place over all Mid Atlantic series DS
I have become a respected regular at the Diablo Freeride park, at Mountain Creek, in Vernon, NJ.
