ROUND 1

In Round 1 Heather started 5th in the starting grid. Fast out of the gate she was running 4th going into turn one. On a heavily watered track, the buggy in front of her spun halfway through the turn. The 377 buggy avoided the car but in turn spun also. After trouble restarting the buggy, Heather was the last car out of turn 1. Turning the second fastest lap time of the race and making up a ton of ground she started passing cars one and two at a time! By the end of the race she went from 19th and finished in 12th place.

ROUND 2

Starting 5th again in Round 2 on Sunday, Heather ran in 4th place until the last turn in Lap 1. The 377 buggy was sandwiched between the corner marker and the car next to her when the buggy behind her drove under the rear of the car spinning her around. By the time she was heading the right direction the field of Single Buggies had passed. Again Heather had a lot of work to get back into the pack. Making several passes right down to the last lap, Heather was able to finish in 13th place.
