New C&L Emloyee

We have a new employee (Shay Moore) just joined the C&L Companies team. Shay is taking a Customer Service Rep. / Technical Support position. Below is a short interview we did to give him a little exposure.
Question 1         Shay, where are you originally from, and what is your age?
A.                            I grew up in Montezuma, IA., and I am 20 yrs. old.
Question 2          What type of schooling or training have you had before you came here?
A.                            I am a graduate of the MMI training out of Phoenix, AZ.
Question 3          Did you enjoy and/or benefit from the training?
A.                            I did enjoy and benefit from the school. They are the most well known hands on Power             
                                Sports technical school I know.
Question 4          What made you decide to jump into the Power Sports Industry?
A.                            I have been riding since I was a little kid, and I always knew I wanted somehow to be
                                involved in this industry.   So I took the appropriate steps and here I am.
Question 4          So you ride, what manufacture/model/brand preference do you have?
A.                            Yes, I race Motocross & Arena cross in 250 B and open B. I ride a KTM 250 SXF. Gear                                       wise I like Shift and Troy Lee Designs.
Question 5          Do you have any specific career goals or plans as of now?
A.                            Honestly, I am going to just take it how it comes. Being an enthusiast and new to the
                                Industry side of this I believe the opportunities are endless.
Question 6          Have you had any experience using our products before joining the C&L team?
A.                            Yes, up until the past couple of years I was on Honda, and used the Pivot Works fork seal kits, and the Hot Cams for a little extra power.
