Whats What In The Winter?

So we just got past the holidays with a recovery week. Now that its the new year, you start doing all your really really tough work-outs and if you were doing them all winter long you are starting to get tired. I dont know if anybody checked it out but Nationals is in the first week of July. When you really think about it that is right around the corner! I hope it is in Seven Springs so I can race you down the alpine slide. Anyway, its winter, your tired, we are going back to school so now is the time to really focus in on your training. So happy new year and stay focused!!!
