Toyota TMX Athlete Program Top 20
In only my first year as an “A” rider I earned a place in the Toyota Top 20, Stage 4 of the process. I was selected as one of the 20 most qualified riders selected from 3000 candidates to have the opportunity to be selected for a full factory satellite team ride for 2008, Stage 5 of the process. I was not selected, that honor went to Wil Hahn, a second year “A” rider. I am confident that my performances made the selection a difficult one.
In Stage 3 of the process, 462 riders, I finished 1st in both classes I entered. At the Northwest Regional Qualifier for Loretta Lynn’s National Championship I won Motocross A/Pro Sport and MX Lites A/ Pro Sport.
In Stage 4 of the process, 20 riders, I finished 5th in Motocross A/ Pro Sport and outside the top 5 with mechanical difficulties in every moto of MX Lites A/ Pro Sport.
It is a great honor to be considered one of the 20 best new Pro riders in the country. I will continue to improve my program to secure a Team ride for 2008 Supercross and Motocross.
