BAD Luck!!! (Mom's Rambles)
So far in the first two SSQSA races of the 07/08 series we haven't had very good luck! This race in Okeechobee tops it off! On Saturday Jordan went out for his practice and his quad stalled out in the first corner of the track. He made it around the track once but stalled out about 4 times. My husband worked on it for about 8 hours and we thought we had it finally fixed for the race on Sunday. Well, when it was time for the 1st race the quad wouldn't start (had to rewire). So Jordan missed the first race. My husband worked on it again so Jordan could atleast get some points for the 2nd race. Jordan made the second race but we still had the same problems with stalling out (alot). He got 5th place (last) in that race. Dusty's Dad told us to check the fuel reeds. So when we got home that was the 1st thing checked, And sure enough that was the problem! (Thank you! saved Ken a lot of time) I really hope that in the next race up in Live Oak that Jordan just gets to RACE! And us parents get to relax and enjoy it!!!
