Scott Tilton, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Scott has spent a majority of his life competing in action sports, including motocross, BMX and downhill mountain biking. His passion for sports and competition is matched only by his vision for business. In 2001, Scott co-founded SponsorHouse.com, the leading online destination for athletes to connect with sponsors, serving as its CEO. SponsorHouse has made more than 600,000 sponsorship matches since its inception. Scott went on to launch Loop’d Network (www.loopd.com) in November 2007. He is a motivated, self-driven entrepreneur with a vision to revolutionize the future of sports marketing utilizing Web 2.0 technologies and Internet business. Scott has a degree in sports medicine from Elon University and a master’s degree in Internet business systems from Mercy College.

RJ Kraus, Co-Founder, Vice President, Strategy
A long-time competitor in various forms of motorsports and action sports, RJ co-founded SponsorHouse with Scott Tilton in 2001 where he managed all aspects of design and product development. Today, RJ serves as the vice president of strategy at the Loop’d Network, where he is responsible for the growth strategy and implementation of community marketing initiatives. His creativity, drive and innovation have been instrumental in building a strategy that has contributed to the success of SponsorHouse and its expansion into the Loop’d Network. The entrepreneurial spirit he brings to the team is balanced with experience he gained in the corporate world while working as an international project manager for General Electric. RJ has a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering.

Tom Nelms, Vice President, Business Development
Tom manages all aspects of Loop'd Network business development, content licensing and partnerships. Prior to joining Loop’d Network, Tom was the senior director of entertainment media at Infospace Mobile, one of the world’s largest providers of digital wireless media. At Infospace, he was responsible for entertainment content licensing and strategy across the television and film industries.  Tom also worked at Yahoo, Inc. where he was responsible for business development in their media and entertainment division. At Yahoo, he was instrumental in the strategy and deployment of broadband video across Yahoo’s Entertainment properties as well as the co-branded Yahoo SBC and Yahoo Rogers broadband portals. In addition, Tom secured and implemented major deals with partners such as ABC News, FOX TV, A&E Networks, CNBC, Viacom/CBS, Paramount Digital and Mark Burnett Productions. Tom is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Mass. where he earned his B.S. degree in business/marketing.

Joanna Zimmer, Vice President, Product Management
Joanna is responsible for managing and optimizing the user experience on the Loop’d Network and bringing new applications to brand customers, advertisers and end users. 
Prior to joining Loop’d Joanna was the Vice President of Product Management and Content for HSN.com, a TV and Internet retailer with over $2B annual sales where she was responsible for the look, feel and functionality of HSN’s e-commerce site, and over saw the Product Management, Content and Web Analytics teams.  She led two comprehensive site redesigns from strategy/design through final implementation. Prior, Joanna worked for Accenture, where her responsibilities included system integration, business process re-engineering and project and resource management.  She was a driving force in establishing a reusable architecture framework, an application model and a developer training course, which provided a strong foundation on which clients could build component-based internet applications.  Joanna is a graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she earned a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Decision Information Sciences.
