That's him, De Wayne Jones at the first race in the LA Coliseum in (I think he said) 1972. We were at the store one day and ran across this article. What this article in Motocross Action does not mention is that De Wayne was in first place the entire race until he had motor problemsin the last lap. He took 5th over all.
