Each tablet delivers 250 mg of sodium, 75 mg of potassium, 16 grams of carbohydrate and 65 calories.  You can decide how many tablets you need per bottle based on your individual fluid requirements.  Most athletes prefer one, one-and-a-half or two TABS per bottle.   Once the tablets dissolve there is no sediment or residual settling, as dissolution is thorough and complete.  Cleaning your bottles, hydration systems and reservoirs is quick and easy as well.  There are three flavors:  Fruit Punch, Lemon-Lime and Orange.  They are sold in a convenient 24-count box that travels well.
