What I'm About

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

My training consists of MMA, Muay Thai, wrestling, and Jujitsu. My training schedule has a few parts to it weight lifting, swimming, and MMA. My weight lighting in Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 6:00am-7:00am. Swim practice is Monday through Friday depending on my class schedule 1:00pm to 3:00pm, or 3:00pm to 5:00pm My MMA schedule has to parts pro fight practice and regular class. I practice with NCFC Monday and Friday at 12:00pm to 2:30pm and Saturday 10:00pm to 12:00. My Jujitsu class Monday and Wednesday at 7:00pm to 8:30pm and Tuesday and Thursday 1:00pm to 2:30pm, wrestling Tuesday 7:00pm to 8:30pm, Muay Thai Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm to 6:00pm and Wednesday and Friday 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

Describe your style...

My style I pure MMA I have a stand up game of Muay Thai and Shodon Ryu Karate, and then my take down which are a bit week and need more work but my Jujitsu is pretty good where I can dominate my opponent on the ground throw him into a submission or ground and pound were I have learn different and awkward ways to but people in pain.

Why do you like this sport?

I like this sport because it is raw it reverts to our primitive nature. To have no control but all the control, to not have a single thought in the world. Your body doing and seeing everything that was taught in practice.
