Overview

How I got started

I got started riding bikes when I was six years old. From there I kept riding and trying to improve my skills on the race track. I got started racing 6 years ago on a Yamaha 400 YZF 4-stroke, I`m a taller guy so I didn`t want to race 80`s which were to small for me.

Goals for the Future

I`m planning to race as much as I can through the winter months in Arenacross in the USA. I`m planning on making some podium finishes and staying healthy through out the winter. So I can be ready for the outdoors in the spring.

Bio

What inspires you to compete?

The drive to compete every sunday is the challange that I get on the track. The forty riders at the gate, the mental and physical fitness that you need. Everytime I line up at the gate there is always a new challange. There`s always room for me to improve, and there`s always someone faster.

What has been your most embarrassing moment?

One race last year I pulled off on the white flag when I was in the lead. By the time I pulled my bike back around I was in second and couldn`t make it back up.

Why do you like this sport?

I love motorcycles, my second word out of my mouth was motorcycle when I was young. My main focus on the bikes is suspension work, I love wrenching on the bikes from porting motors, re-vavle suspension etc. I just couldn`t live life without motorcycles.

Some Personal Information About Me:

I am a very real person I pretty much say it like it is. I love motocross, its honestly my life dream to be able to always do it for as long as I possible can. I work as a mechanic at this marine shop and have been for about 5 years. I am happily together with my girlfriend of two years who supports all my decisions and races that I go to for motocross. i love to hang out with my friends but most of all when I am not with my girlfriend that I live with I am riding every chance I get. Even if for some reason I couldn`t afford to race anymore i would still be riding for fun because it`s what i love to do, it clears my head, its focuses me at times, its an overall adrenaline rush that will never go away. I am a very friendly person when you first meet me. pretty easy going to with things. i love to be outside whether its motocross in the summer or snowmobiles in the winter, being an active person is part of who I am.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

My weekly training would have to be a combination of the following: I go swimming in my building as much as 2 times a week, as well as throughout the week I use at least 3 times a week an exercise bike, work out on my exercise ball and well as small stretching and exercises of my own. i try to eat properly and maintain a well balanced lifestyle that help me ride and preform better. I try hard to make sure that I am doing something active every second day, especially like running and walking at night.
