Eric Kawryga has joined the Hurley Motorsports Team! After quite a few conversations and inquiries - the Boss formally invited Eric to the team this weekend. Eric brings with him the 2003 Frozen Ocean 125 and 250 Novice Series Championship and the 2005 Frozen Ocean 125 and 250 Amateur Series Championship. Eric will remain a District 4 rider until next year when he will turn up the heat in the expert class. Look in the next couple of weeks for his bio and stats. Welcome to the team Eric!

Danny is healing better than anticipated. The doctor is planning on taking the cast off on June 7th and will determine from that point when his physical therapy will begin.

Race Results

What a great start to the season. Everyone took home trophies this weekend. Danny would have had 3 if the rear wheel hadn`t snapped when he landed after the uphill double. He was able to finish the SchoolBoy Race thanks to the Boss having backup bikes!

Well we just finished a week of training at the Crystal Coast MX Park in Maysville, North Carolina. Chuck Snider, owner and manager of the park has developed a fantastic facility to work on your technical skills. The track has sections that are very similar to LL. Check them out at www.crystalcoastmx.com and tell Chuck that Michael Hurley sent you!

We just received 2 new bikes from one of our sponsors. Andy Starratt will be riding our new 2005 CRF450R and Danny O`Hara will be on our new 2006 CRF250R. Both will be swapping our existing 2003 CR250R and 2004 CR125R for their secondary classes. Andy will be running the 250B, 125B and Plus 25B classes. Danny will be running the 250B, 125B and Schoolboy classes. Last but not least Kelsey will be running the 125C and Collegeboy classes.

We started our practice schedule early and spent the weekend at the indoor track NEMX in Ohio. We`re on route this weekend to North Carolina to spend the week testing and tuning the 4 strokes. No rest for the wicked here!
