Overview

How I got started.

I started out on a 1980 yz 80, when i was about 12. I rode for several years destroying several bikes, and then was forced to bmx racing because my parents could not afford to keep buying motorcycle's. After several years bmx'n I got into three and four wheelers, and eventually in 2002 I bought a 02 Cr 250r after several months riding I entered my first race. It was in Price UT, at c.e.m.a. that day I went 3-3 for 3rd overall, and have been hooked ever since.

 Get to know me!

I'm 38 years old, 190lbs, 5' 9". I'm the Deseret Peak 2006 arenacross 30A champion. I compete in arenacross, and motocross. I'm married with two kids, both boys who compete with me.

What drives me to compete? mostly desire to win, i love everything about this sport except the injuries. Both my boys Justin #69, and Jesse #29 race with me.

Competitive Highlights

My most memorable race was c.e.m.a. Price Utah 2003, I knew I had the speed to win but was having trouble in my first moto getting around 1st and 2nd place. These guys were protecting there lines very well, and in the second moto I knew if I got the hole shot the win was mine. Easier said than done, I stalled off the line was dead last, on the first lap I passed 12 riders. the second lap I caught and passed 3rd, and by the last lap I had caught 1st, and 2nd but ran out of time I went 3-3 for 3rd overall
