What is your past sport experience?
-HS varsity swim team for 4 years,school record in 200 medley relay, competed at section 9 championships 3 out of my 4 years
-HS cross country 2 years
-HS track 1 year
-Warwick HS rowing 2 and a half years, State champion in mens double event, 7th at nationals
-Collegiate rowing 2 years, Stony Brook University___

Why did you switch to triathlons?
I worked over the summer as a lifeguard at wawayonda state park in NJ and it was mandatory to do run, swim, and row to stay in shape for saves. With the steep gas prices I ended up biking back and forth about 25 miles a day. I figured I might as well put in some extra effort and try my luck in my first triathlon. I fell in love with the sport and have been training ever since.
