Overview

How I got started

The summer of 2000 I mowed lawns all summer to earn money and prove to my dad I was responsible enough to own a bike. Took off from there, started racing two years after, have been hooked ever since.

Goals for the Future

To keep having fun with the sport and keep moving up through the ranks.  I would like to keep accomplishing little goals that I make as the seasons go on; doing this will help me accomplish bigger goals.

Bio

Why do you like this sport?

I love this sport for more than just the racing. The energy you feel when you`re at the races, the competition, being around respectable people and knowing there will always be more places to go in the moto world, you can always work at climbing the ladder out of the amateur ranks.

Describe your style...

I say a prayer every single time before I get on my motorcycle, there are alot of tragedies that happen and the more I keep the lord on my side, the less of a chance it will happen to me. My style on the track is all out, give it all I have.  The only way I truly feel I am getting better. I love pushing myself and improving. My style off the track is happy go lucky and friendly. One of my favorite things is high fiving a stranger immediately after pulling off after the finish of a hard faught battle.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

Lift every even day, bike every odd day. And try to moto 3 times a week, in between school.

Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?

I love to travel. The best road trip story I have so far is trecking 9 hours to Red Bud with James Povolny Jr (nat`l #53). Staying in the pro pits with him. The energy and overall experience was overwhelming. We really learned a lot about how the racers get along and how everyone comes to the races for the same reason: for fun and love of the sport.

Schools Attended

Currently working my way through University of Wisconsin-Stout.
