Why do you like this sport?
I love racing off-road because I like to be aggressive on the bike, there's no sitting in the pack and hiding until the last corner!! If you want to win you need to PUSH!!
What inspires you to compete?
I enjoy pushing myself to get faster every year. I also love the people who ride mountain bikes and cyclocross, the vibe is awesome at the races.
Describe your style...
It's all about bad weather for me. Must be the cyclocross racer in me but I love it when it's raining or muddy or snowing or whatever else isn't sunny!!
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
For 2009 I've been working with Roger Aspholm from FinKraft Caoching. He's done wonders to keep me motivated and get me where I need to be fitness-wise. I've already had some good results this year against some really fast guys so I couldn't be happier with where I'm heading.
