My Bio

The newest addition to the Team BSN athlete roster (www.BSNonline.Net), Ty Loomis began his volleyball career as a collegiate player for the men’s indoor volleyball team at the University of Irvine, California. Ty was a stand-out on the team, leading Irvine in kills over the course of the 1999 – 2000 season.

After completing his run at Irvine, Ty’s passion for the sport of volleyball drove him to harness his skills on the beach and over the course of the last few years he has become one of the most dominant professional volleyball players on the beach. 2007 saw Ty travelling the world on the pro beach volleyball circuit, competing against the best of the best. His hard work and determination paid off with a silver medal at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

An avid workout and diet enthusiast, Ty is proud to admit that for the past 2 ½ years, he has been consistently using BSN supplements. Ty commented, “I couldn’t be happier with my results in the gym, and on the beach!” Look for 2008 to be another banner year for Ty Loomis as he continues to grow as a professional athlete and embarks on his quest to take the throne as King of the Beach!
