bike this past weekend. I will be racing at Walton this coming weeken. Walton is the yearly final stop for the CMRC Canadian nationals and is always a fun track. I havene't been able to ride for a while since the birth of my Daughter on July 25. I didn't think it fair to leave my wife at home with a colicy baby. My last race was at Gopher Dunes on July 19. I ended up getting a slight concussion on the last lap of the 1st moto so decieded it would be safer to call it a day.

I have been cleared by the doctor to ride as soon as my eye feels normal again and I don't have any problems with my depth perception. Barring any problems and the way my sight is getting better daily ,it looks as though I may be able to get back on the bike within a couple of weeks. Good thing I have been  keeping up with my workout routine.

Thanks to all my sponsors this year. I wrapped up the Series yesterday and won the Open Vet Expert 2nd series championship.

Although I missed half of the 1st series I still managed a 4th overall in the Open Vet Expert class. It was a boost to my points to finish 1st overall in the final race of the series.

I finished 4th overall for the second series, my first in the Open Vet Expert class. I was in 1st place for the whole series but unfortunately I was laid off from my job and missed the last three race days. I am once again working and prepairing for the 2007 race season. I will be practicing over winter and may race some arenacross. I would like to thank all my sponsors for the support you have given me this season and I hope to represent you in the next season. Thanks again; Steve

I am proud to announce that Windsor Powercycle Suzuki/Yamaha has given me support through the 2006 race season. I will be riding a 06 Suzuki RMZ 450 thanks to Iggy Powers support.
