As many of you probably know, Awake Apparel has closed. This was very frustrating for me, since Awake was my first sponsor. They gave so much support. Once they sent me a package of flow with a handwritten note! Awake Apparel will be missed.

Q&A - Competition

How did you get started?

Well, ever since I was little, I've been competitive in a lot of things. When I found out that I could be competitive in skateboarding too, I entered my first contest as soon as I could.

List your competitive highlights:

2nd place at the Gaithersburg Skatepark Contest

What are you planning for next season?

To get a solid first run under my belt, and then on my second run, try harder tricks, and hopefully place first. This season, I hope I can blow away all other competition!
