Go BIG or be forgotten

How I got started

I was told I loved the sound of bikes when I was only months old. By the time I was three and a half, I started riding my  first motorcycle (PW50) in my back yard. After a full week of crashing my brains out I had it dialed and my Mom had to keep her promise of letting me race. Motocross wassomething I loved and in the next couple of years I was ready to challenge for a podium spot at every event. Since then I've locked in two CMRC Provincial titles and I've started to shift my focus on road racing.

Goals for the Future

Racing will be my career. It's just that simple!

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I train through my hobbies. They are great for cross-training and building core strength. My favorite methods of training are downhill mountain biking and motocross. Off-season it`s all about snowboarding. My schedule for this race season is packed with events for motocross and roadracing. Visit my site at: WWW.SWEETRACING.COM for schedules, updates, press releases, a photo gallery and more!

Do you like to travel?

I have travelled more this last year than I have my whole life, especially with the World Championships held in Valencia, Spain last Christmas. Trying new tracks and finding more kids to race against keeps things exciting. I hope to start focusing on the roadracing a lot more in 2008 so I guess I better get used to road trips!

Competitive Highlights

Getting a 125 set up...  I was able to make the last two rounds of the CMA regional road races held in Calgary, Alberta (Sept.15-16). Having only been on the bike a few times prior to this race I didn't know what to expect. We were all pumped when I brought home back to back wins even with a couple of bike issues. Great sponsors, understanding parents and a little luck made it all happen! Thanks to all those who have supported me!

After struggling with some pre-season injuries this year, I was able to get back on track with my mini-roadracing  working as a factory sponsored developement rider for Pitster Pro.

I travelled to Valencia, Spain to compete in the 2006 Metrakit World Championships. I faced 133 kids from 13 nations in my class alone. I was very proud to be the top finisher in North America and bring home a 19th place overall.

I competed in 10 PeeWee Alberta Provincial motocross events in 2005 earning three wins and 7 top 3 finishes resulting in a 2nd place 2005 Championship position.

I also competed in Calgary and Abbotsford for the 2005 Canadian Indoor National series earning 2 out of 4 possible victories and winning my class in overall points.

Scouts for the Candian GP race team spotted me racing indoor flat track through the winter and I was picked up on a full ride with Metrakit Canada for 2006.
