With just 1 round remaining in the AMA Toyota Arenacross series, Chad Johnson looks to provide his team, TUF Honda and SUNSTAR, with its first championship of the 2008 season.  Johnson has been consistently on the podium throughout the entire series and holds a 30 pt. lead over Kelly Smith. 

In the Supercross Lites Western division, YOT's Jason Lawrence has climbed back from a seemingly insurmountable deficit to actually catch and pass Suzuki's Ryan Dungey and now holds a slim 6 pt. lead over the Factory Makita Suzuki ride of Dungey.

Riders:

Keep an eye out for the new Works Z stainless steel off road sprocket.  It should be available within the next 4-6 weeks.  This STEEL sprocket is 35-45% lighter than OE steel and comparable in weight to aluminum but with steel durability.  It is about 4.5 times more durable than aluminum so it can stand up to the demands of the 4-strokes in today's racing market. 

We'll have a picture of it up in our gallery next week and added to the racer support store asap when its available.  It is featured in this month's Racer X magazine product section as well.

- NEW PRODUCT:  an insight to what Sunstar is doing - the new Sunstar Works Z Sprocket will be arriving by the end of March 2007.  This is a stainless steel version of the original Sunstar Z Sprocket that utilizes off-set tooth design for self cleaning and durability.  With revised weight reduction holes and the new color, this design is going to be well received.  It is a weight comparable to an aluminum Works Triplestar rear sprocket, but with the durability equivalent to that of our OE Steel replacements.
