Building Drop
On Saturday November 18, 2006, I jumped my bike off a 12 foot tall building to flat on asphalt. At the time my rear shock was already blown and had no oil in it at all, meaning there was no damping. I landed it, but the impact was so hard, when I bottomed out my suspension, my head went slamming into the top two allen bolts on my stem and splitting my chin in those two places giving me four total stitches, while bruising my whole jaw and the joints. I chipped two of my back teeth, taking almost half of my teeth out for both of them, and also sprained my left ankle badly, and jammed my right ankle joint.
