This is Tim Strange, my wife and I have started a BMX Racing Team. I grew up racing BMX bikes, and have got back into the sport over the past few years. I owe BMX a lot to what I am today, I was a shy quiet little kid until I found BMX, I feel it gave me the courage and work ethic to run my own successful business.
To help give back to a sport that I owe much too, we have decided to start Strange Motion BMX race team.
We have assembled a high quality team full of fast, talented and personable members. The team as of now consists of 18 riders. We have one top ten Vet Pro, 3 top 16 national and, 5 regional number ones. Also our ages are a full range from 9 all the way up to 41, quite a full range of riders to cover all bases.
We are currently looking for co sponsors for our team. For the right commitment we will have your logos printed on the team jerseys, stickers on team number plates, as well as logos will be displayed on team trailers and banners wherever Strange Motion is attending events. Strange Motion will also have a team web site with rider profiles and sponsor links.
Our team races primarily NBL events around the Midwest, with a few riders traveling further and, most all attending the Grands every year also.
We know you get a ton of sponsorship requests every year, but we feel we bring a little more to the table.
With the hot rod shop I run, we also build project cars for the SEMA show every year in Las Vegas. For the past 5 years we have built not only hot rod projects to display there but Ford and General Motors have contracted us to build themed project vehicles. This is where Strange Motion can bring your products to a bigger market. The SEMA show is the worlds largest trade show with attendance well over 200,000, with many TV episodes filmed during the show also. We have in the past build BMX themed project vehicles with full racks and BMX bikes as part of the display. We are again planning a BMX themed vehicle for next season.
With our record in the hot rod world, we know the value of sponsors and the return the companies we promote need to see. We work very hard to promote the brands and companies we believe in.
