Q&A - Snowmobile Hill Climbing
How did you get started?
I got started in Hill Climbing from my Dad, he is my biggest influence and biggest supporter in racing. He has been competing for as long as I have been a live, he's the man fo sho!
List your competitive highlights:
2nd Place overall years points Semi-Pro Stock, 2nd overall year points Semi-Pro Mod, 3rd at Jackson in the Imp. Stock class, 1st Place at Jackson Hole in Jrs. in 2007. At Preston in 2008 I took 1st in improved stock, 1st in mod, 1st in new members and 3rd in stock.
What are you planning for next season?
I am training now, getting in shape to get ready for this season. My biggest goal is to take first over all in the points in all of the classes for semi-pro.
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
My biggest accomplishment would probably have to be winning a lot of races in the 2008 season, it was my first year being in semi-pro. I was stoked to be winning against the people who have been in semi-pro for 2+ years.

What inspires you to compete?
Competition inspires me to compete, I just always to to be better and faster than the competition.
Describe your style...
My style is "trying" to be smooth haha no I don't know just go as fast and smooth as possible and have a good time doing it.
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Yes I work out three times a week. My schedule is riding, school, work and training.
Why do you like this sport?
I like this sport because it's you against the mountain and it gets your adrenaline going.
What has been your most embarrassing moment?
My most embarrassing moment was at Pebble Creeks hill climb. I was going down the hill with ski brakes on and I hit a hole and flew over the bars, man did I feel like an idiot.
