This was Arthur`s 3rd Motocross this year. Arthur rides in the 60 beginners class at Ukiah. This was the biggest class of the race with 15 riders. The first moto was great, Arthur got the hole shot and stayed in front at least by a half a lap and took first place. The second moto for Arthur was a little more challenging, Arthur and 2 other bikes were leading the way when they went down on the third turn. Arthur fell at least three more times, the last time one bike ran over his knee, I thought for sure that it was over, he was rolling and holding his knee but he looked up, jumped up and started his bike. He was running in last place but was able to keep it together the rest of the race and pushed himself to the limit passing numerous bikes to take 6th place in the Moto. He did a great job with a lot of determination and ended the Motocross with 2nd place. Way to Go!!!
