well where the races are and the rules and stuff would be on isocracing.com for regionals and nationals. For a beginner i would look to erxmotorpark.com as well as a great practice facility and beginner level racing. You can find gear at any dealership or sled catalog. You'll need a 50% Orange snell 2005 helmet, tek vest, and knee shin guards although if you are serious about racing I would get knee braces. As far as decals any local sign shop could whip you up some numbers otherwise if you want the whole package check out http://www.digitalinkdesign.net/. Hope that helps.
