SAM JUNKIN - was recognized at this years WKA kartfest tradeshow in Hickory, NC., for Sam`s academic and racing achievement through participation in the Phantom University Junior Challenge (PUJC), founded by kartings chassis pioneer Harrill Wiggins. (www.pujc.com)

1st place STATE/DIVISIONAL SERIES winner SAM JUNKIN - was awarded a $3,000.00 racing scholarship, a brand new 2006 Phenom go kart, and other racing apparel from Phantom Racing Chassis.


SAM JUNKIN - had the "HIGHEST" Grade Point Average (GPA) score out of all the PUJC participants, and for this Academic Accomplishment he recieved a $7,000.00 racing scholarship.


NASCAR NEXTEL driver BRIAN VICKERS, a former WKA national champion who raced a Phantom Chassis, has joined others in support of the Phantom University Junior Challenge (PUJC). WKA KartFest 2005 Hickory Metro Convention Center - Hickory, North Carolina.

One of the largest karting trade shows in the country, drawing over 10,000 attendees.
All karters will get the latest and greatest in karting information, meet with prospective sponsors, and for karts shops to wheel -and - deal.
It is a time for WKA to recognize their National Champions. Phantom University will be honoring all of their Junior Challenge Winners in both National and State catagories.

Sam will be accepting Top Racing Scholarship, Highest Grade Point Average, Most Improved Grade Point, and Overall Winner in the State Divisional Dirt Series.

Jan. 6th & 7th - Announcing the WKA Racing America Champions Shootout 2006.
Racing Amercia Convention Center Foxboro, Massachusetts.
The WKA Racing Amercia Champions Shootout is an indoor kart-racing event that will pit drivers from Speedway Pavement, Speedway Dirt, and Road Racing against each other to determine overall Northeast Kart Racing Champion.
The event is in conjunction with the WKA KartFest Northeast karting industry trade show, and with the awards banquets for the series list. Northeast Speedway Pavement Series by Pro Kart. Northeast Dirt Series by Maxxis Tires. NHIS Road Racing Regional Series by Elite Karting (NHKA). Sam will be presented with 2nd Place in the Northest Dirt Series.
