Im still in collge even thought i would rather b lifting. Lifting is not free, shit cost money as i found out when i pay entree fees and buy money for supplements and other various equipment. Lol and music shit cost money too. I work and go to skool at still train. Its hard to compact it all into a single day but i get it done. I've been noticing my bench and deadlift have gotten stronger but i am limiting my best lift, the squat. It puts strain on one of my knee. I have a big meet picked in August, the state games of America. I want to be a 100% when that comes so i a gradually working my way up to getting back under the squat bar. I ididnt have surgery even thought it sounds like it from the way im bitching. Ive stained it however awhile back and its like recovering from a surgery tho. i cant just get back under the bar full bore. I have to work my way up and back. I have several months before my big meet. It could be my last meet for several years becuase of school and shit. I will still train tho. Havent really weighed my options i just threw one of my ideas out there. HAHAHAHA i just read this shit and i cant spell and im in college so....YAY! im to lazy to go back and correct it.
