Millsaps Training Facility (MTF) 2/25-3/2/2007
Attended MTF in Cairo, GA with Colleen Millsaps, I can't believe it's over. I want to go back! Colleen is very good. We worked on riding skills, mental preparation, training, diet and stretching. My least favorite drill was braking. My favorite was the corner track exercises.
Should be a good way to start the 2007 season.
