The weekend started badly. About 1 hour after having a chicken sandwhich for a early lunch Saturday, I started vomitting and diarrhea. That continued for about tweleve hours off and on. Sunday I made it to the track and was relatively okay. I still could not eat, but I only had one "emergency" trip to the bathroom. After the first moto in each class, I had to pack up and go home. I was so dehydrated that my muscles were starting to cramp and my kidneys started aching.

After racing a couple weeks battered, I will take two weekends off to concentrate on my conditioning and healing. I have recently moved, and with a couple broken ribs and possibly a torn peck muscle, and still I gutted out some good finishes without getting any weekday training done.
I look to get my regular training routine back starting today, and in two weeks, back on the road to trying to chase Kevin Walker down.

Muddy Creeks new layout is almost as fast as the old school Muddy Creek (late `90`s). Litz`s new suspension set up felt great and helped me keep in the lines I needed to get 2nd overall in the +35 class and 7th overall in the 250 Pro class.
