had surgery on may 22nd (a lateral relase and medial stabilization on my left knee)
i am current in a locked brace that goes from my thigh to my knee, and i'll be on crutches
for 2 weeks which isnt too bad, but i am in alot of pain i am starting physical therapy on
may 28th that will last for 4 months and i hopefully will be back to riding and other sports after those 4 months
