My name is Samantha Penn. I'm 16 years old. I race in the NCHSA, North Carolina Hare Scramble Association. I have raced for 2 years and won the 2008 Womens D Championship last year. This 2009 racing season in Womens C I ended up 3rd overall in points for the year.
