Starting line.

2010 Bikes.

For 2010 I will be riding the new 2010 KX 450. I am very excited for what it’s going to bring.

2009 Season Recap.

2009 started out very promising. I was fortunate enough to start out on a new bike, the first time in years. I am currently leading the points in the Big 6 Heavy Weight Expert class and 2nd in the 4-stroke expert class with only one round remaining. I have worked hard to gain the points lead and am not going to give it up. In WORCS I have done OK considering the competition I am up against. The last round at Mesquite was the best round and most exciting for me. I made my best finish of the season at 11th place. I feel like I have momentum going into next season with my last few months results, and new training program. I can’t wait for the start of 2010.

Some interesting information about me.

For the past two years I have been working as a motorcycle mechanic for Pit Pro Cycle in Newhall CA. I enjoy working in the motorcycle industry; however, my ultimate goal is to become a successful professional rider. Over the last year and a half I have been testing with Cycle News magazine in which I get to ride all the new machines. I am really excited for the new bike introductions and can’t wait for what it has to offer. Look for me in the upcoming bike shootouts coming out soon.

How did you get started?

I was introduced to motocross from my dad. He has been riding and racing since he was a kid. As a family we would go out to the desert on the weekends just to have fun and ride. Soon after since I loved riding so much my dad asked me if I wanted to do this race in Adalanto. I had such a good time that we started doing a few more races through out the year. It wasn't untill a few years later when we started getting serious about it. It was then when I realized that this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

What are you planning for next season?

To do well in the pro class and get the exposure that is needed to be a successful pro. I am focused on good results to represent myself and my sponsors professionally. Planned Events: All WORCS Events, Big 6 GP, A few Four Stroke Nationals, Mammoth Motocross, Endurocross.
