Overview How I got startedEver since I was able to walk, I`ve wanted to snowboard. I started skiing when I was not quite two, and after bugging my Mom for two years she let me try snowboarding when I was four. I caught on immediately, and was doing jumps and halfpipe by the time I was five. Goals for the FutureI plan to qualify for the USASA Nationals in all events, and place in the top 10, and make the podium in at least 3 events! Long term I'd like to compete in the X-Games and Olympics! Bio What inspires you to compete?I love snowboarding, and riding is so much fun I really enjoy showing off all my moves and tricks. Competing lets me show the world that younger kids can really ride, and I hope that more parents allow their kids to snowboard at young ages!Describe your style...I like wearing clothes that are comfortable, and camo is my favorite. I have a Burton Camo jacket that has signatures on the back I got at the Van`s Tahoe Cup March 2006 by Danny Cass and Antti Autti! I have some Black Dot snowboard pants that are a different camo color and pattern that I like to wear with my Burton Jacket - my Mom says the two clash, but I think they look cool together! I have a camo beanie too I really likeDo you train? What does your schedule look like?I train every weekend, and after school 2-3 days per week. I just go out and ride, and try to spend most of my time in the terrain park. What do you want to be when you grow up?I want to be a pro snowboarder, and go to the X-games and Olympics! Beyond that, I`m not sure yet. After all, I`m barely 8 years old!Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?I really like riding in Colorado! This Fall I went to Copper Mountain, and last Spring I went to Vail. I travel with my family (I just turned 8...) so all of my road trip stories are clean! I do like to play jokes though, like putting coffee creamer in the hand-dryer vents in bathrooms and aiming the nozzles up so they blow powder all over people who turn on the dryers!
