Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Yes, I do train. I train with my riding couch Chris Pynchesant to improve my riding and give me an edge. We work with Chris for one 3days every week. I also work out with a personal trainer Berry Senari two times a week. He has helped our riding amazingly! I never get tired during motos, I feel strong and I am getting stronger every week. I am on a deit but for now is mostly just eating healtier then then normal. I belive My training program is secound to no one on my level of racing. Im sure every ones says that, but I am very confident in it.
