Overview

How I got started

I sparked an interest in motocross racing ever since my father shared his experience in riding when he was a young teenager. I started riding on a YZ80 in 2000 when I was 8 years old. In 2002, I started racing in the 80cc beginner class.
A year later, in 2003,I moved up to the 125cc beginner class.
Then in 2004, I raced in the 125cc novice and in the later part of that same year I was moved up to the 125cc Amateur class. For the up an coming 2007 season I  will be racing in the 250 Expert class.

Goals for the Future

My goals for next year is to continue to be in fit condition as a rider and to be consistent and competitive in my division.

Competitive Highlights

The highlights of my racing career are: being able to clear the 110 feet long jump, and darting through the starting gates to get the holeshot. I was also fortunate to meet David Bailey and learn more about motocross skills at his motocross school. The biggest highlight for me so far is being the 2005 and 2006 overall points winner in the 125 Amateur class back to back years for the island of Kauai.
