Not so good news.....I have a fractured patella. I'm pretty bummed about it, as this would have never happened if I were wearing my knee pads. You would have thought I'd learned a lesson from the last hole I put in my knee?!!
But it is what it is, I'll be out for 4 weeks, and hopefully i'll be ready for the US champs in Vermont.
Everybody, wear your knee pads!
