Overview

How I got started

I got my first dirt bike, a Yamaha PW50, for my fifth birthday. I learned to ride on trails behind my house that first year with my dad. The next summer, I graduated to a KTM Jr. Adventure, and began to race. I have been riding KTM bikes and racing ever since.

Goals for the Future

My number one goal is to ride safe, smart and strong throughout the season. I hope to finish in the top five in the 85 A 7-15 class and to get top three in the supermini 7-15 class. Above all I want to have fun.  I also hope to race a little bit with Winchester Speed Park, NEMA, and NESC.

Some Personal Information About Me

Yes, I do have a life outside of motocross. I play hockey in the Fall/Winter on a Bantom team.  I also participated in a Junior Golf program at my Dad`s golf club for the Seventh time this summer. I love to hit balls on the driving range. I also like to snowboard and I hope to be able to practice a number of times this winter.  I am a gifted student and I love science and math.  Last year in grade 7, I received straight A's on my report card for all 4 terms.  In 6th grade I won the Fred Bommer award for Excellence in Mathatmatics.  I also scored a 276 out of a possible 280 points in the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System for Math in sixth grade.

Competitive Highlights

In the 2008 Winchester Speedpark Spring series, I finished 2nd overall in the 85B 12-15 class, 4th overall in the supermini 7-15 class and then in the Fall series I won the championship in the 85B 12-15 class and 4th in the supermini 7-15 class.  I also moved up to the 85 A 7-15.  In the 2007 Winchester Speed Park Spring series, I finished 2nd overall in the 65A class, 4th overall in the 65 open  7-12 class, and 7th overall in the 85B 7-11 class.  In the 2006 Winchester Speedpark Spring and Fall Series, I finished 1st overall in both the 65A and 65 Open 7-11 classes. One of the highlights of the 2004 season is the fact that I won the spring championship for NCSC (50 cc Advanced class) with a total of 372 points out of a possible 400. In August 2003, I dedicated a day of NSCS racing to my 17 year old neighbor who I sometimes rode dirt bikes with and who died in a car accident. I won third place in his honor and I gave my trophy to his parents.
