Let me tell you that there is nothing worse than stalling your bike on the starting gate! First moto of the day and i had to dump the clutch and kill my bike right off the bat. That made me feel like i belonged in the beginner class. The day got better after that as i took a 2nd and 4th in the 450 B class. There were a couple of fast guys that came from out of town to race who checked out right away. They should have been in the A class. Sunday started off better with a 2nd in the first moto. Then the 2nd moto came around and i was 4th off the start. After the first 3 corners i moved into 1st and was on cloud nine until i started to make little mistakes then fell apart. It all seemed to happen in the same corner. The ruts in this corner were so deep i finally fell in one and ended up in 4th place. I guess you can't win them all. Overall it was a good weekend. I guess i can't complain to much....i am racing against some youngsters and i'm giving them a run for their money!

Well i got some good starts at the Pierre race. The frist few laps went well and then my hands started to cramp up. I guess that was to be expected since i haven't ridden in 9 months. It took some time to heal from my fractured shoulder blade and torn tendons in my right shoulder. My new RG3 trimple clamp worked awesome. If you are in the market for a new trimple clamp i highly recommend RG3.
