i have been good and RIDING MY BIKE OF COURSE LOL!!! Alise has been doing gymnastics.... so that means she is taking February off of BMX...
and for the music if u scroll down to the bottom of my page u will c my music play list... click on "Create Your Free Playlist".... first u have to make an account.. so at the very top of the page click "Sign up"... make ur account..... then search for the songs u want on ur playlist... add them... then u can make a playlist.... then when u r done making the playlist on the side of the page ur playlist will show up..... if u look at the bottom of ur playlist on the right there u will see ""[/] EMBED"" click on that and another screen will pop up... then there will be A., B., C., D., E.,... click on E. click on ur profile's name and then answer the questions about the playlist... they r questions that say do u want an Auto start?... Random/ shuffle.. and custom skin... and then the color of the skin u want on it like black, green, and others... then when u r done click "GET CODE"... then open a new window with sponsor house... go to ur profile and and click on "Add Content" click on "Free Text or HTML" when u click on that copy and paste the code in the bottom section... on the heading u can put what u want it to say like i put "Favorite Music" then click save.... usually people put it at the bottom of there pages but it is ur choice.... HOPE I HELPED!!!!
