Anthony Cicalese InterviewWith Loretta Lynn’s right around the corner the Ponca National is often over looked as drawing the top racers around from around the country. SponsorHouse was cruised the pits today and we fortunately ran into one of the top up and coming B racers from Temecula, California, Anthony Cicalese. Anthony took a second to sit down and talk with us about what’s happening in his world of motocross.
SponsorHouse: Anthony, thanks for taking a minuet to fill us in on your season.
Anthony: No problem, I don’t race for another 45 min, after track prep and lunch.
SponsorHouse: How you feeling? Ready for this one?
Anthony: Ya, kind of. I am feeling pretty good. It’s been a tough season.
SponsorHouse: How so?
Anthony: Well, I ended up getting a flu and then tonsillitis; it kind of slowed me down. I missed the first three months of the season. I couldn’t race Lake Whitney or Oak Hill.
SponsorHouse: How’s your fitness now?
Anthony: Good! I have been training hard and looking forward to this race and next season.
SponsorHouse: Speaking of; what do you have going on for next year?
Anthony: I’ll be moving up to A category and hoping to race some of the East Coast Supercross series.
SponsorHouse: What will be your first race as an A rider?
Anthony: Arizona in November. I like that track and looking forward to it.
