Overview

How I got started

I started riding at age 7 and started racing at age 8. In `99 I finished 9th in District 15 in the 60cc class. In 2000 I started racing an 80cc finishing fourth in both the 60cc and 80cc classes. In 2001 I started racing in Michigan also, to ride the bigger tracks and fuller gates for more competition, finishing in fourth in District 15 80 7-11. In 2002 I moved to the 85 12-15 class. My parents bought a motorhome so we could travel and compete at the bigger races. I finished 5th in the District that year and 4th in the state race series. Finishing the year early due to broken wrist at the RM cup in Troy, Ohio. Started racing Arenacross during the winter months. Making all the mains and finishing in the top ten at all 5 that I entered. In 2003, I am racing mainly in Michigan. I finished sixth in the Michigan Super Series in the 85 12-15 class for 2003, loosing a few spots because of my size I had to move up to the 125 class mid season. For 2004 I am on a four stroke in the 125 class and the end of July I started doing some races in the 250 class, if you look at my results I have really picked it up mid season.
In 2004I finished 7th in 125 JR in the Michigan SuperSeries after missing 6 weeks to a broken collarbone. In 2005 I finished 2nd in 250 B in the Michigan Superseries, 6th in Michigan district 14 final points. I did all three rounds of the Indiana State race series winning titles for schoolboy, 125 B & 250 B. Finished 4th in 125 B & 3rd in 250B in Indiana District 15 final points. 2006 A class next!

Goals for the Future

For 2007 I plan on going to the LL qualifiers in the mid-east and north central regions. I plan on making it in the 125 & 250 pro sport classes. I will be doing as many Arenacross races in my region as possible competing in the pro class and hopefully obtain my AMA Pro lisence by summer of 07 so that I can do the east coast races on the national circuit.

Bio

Why do you like this sport?

I love competition but most of all I like the family togetherness, my parents and I spend every weekend together at a track and I have a lot of friends because of racing.

Some Personal Information About Me:

I became home schooled this year giving me the opportunity to ride and train more and travel to more events all year round to hit the bigger races.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

Every morning I get up and run 5 miles, after coming back from that I do a free weight workout with light weights and a lot of reps. I then do 2 35 min. motos 3 days of the week, finishing my day I run another 4-5 miles. I also have a strict diet I stick to.

Employment / Experience Summary

During the summer I stay up at Red Bud a whole month before the pro natl. helping them get it ready and then I help one of my good racing friends lay laminate floors after that. During the winter I help at my uncle`s factory in my town
