  HEY

How did you do at the Regioanls? I did pretty good...kinda. Did you get some good video? good luck next season!!!!!!

What inspires you to compete?

My inspiration to compete is the fact that I can go out on the track every day and improve on my results from the previous time. I am always looking to improve upon something in my racing, and that gives me inspiration to compete. Another inspiration is my family. I give 110% to succeed in an effort to make my family proud of my success.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Upon my graduation from High School, I plan on attending MMI in Phoenix, AZ in hopes to pursue a factory job as a race mechanic. I am also interested in pursuing a videography course, and possibly being a physical education teacher.

Why do you like this sport?

I like this sport so much because it is really one of the only sports where your whole family is involved. Without one member of your family, the whole team falls apart, so having everyone stick together is crucial. Another reason why I enjoy motocross is because of all the great friends you meet along the way. I have met more lifelong friends through motocross than I have through anything else. It just feels really great to see all of these people every weekend and share the same love for this great sport.

What has been your most embarrassing moment?

My most embarrasing moment happened at the end of 2006 when I was battling for 10th position in the last lap of the Supercross Main Event. I tried to pass two people at one time on the inside and slid out, losing both positions. I was really dissapointed in myself with that race.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I train for my sport daily. As a health instructor at the local fitness center, I am very knowledgable in fitness and staying in shape for my sport. I will usually take Mondays and Thursdays for Upper Body Strength, Tuesdays will be Lower Body, with Wenesdays and Fridays left for Cardiovascular activities such as running, bicycling, and ellipticals. Towards Spring I will shift my routine into muscular endurance rather than strength, to try and tone my body for the race season. As for praticing riding, I will usually ride about once or twice each week on my privite 2.3 mile enduro track. I will also routinely go to a privite motocross farm in CT to pratice on off-weekends.
