April is almost here! I got to use a new tool I purchaced, a Sawzall, and hacked off the front bumper. Then its over to the frame shop where the top tube on the front end will be trued up. New bumpers and knerf bars will be installed around the buggy.

In the engine department, the parts for the new Rabbit 1710cc are on order. The machine shop is prepping the block. Hopefully by mid April the new driveline will be ready. Currently the plan is to have 3 race-ready engines and 2 race-ready transmissions preped for the start of the season.

The closer the season is to starting, the more exited I am getting. I am racing close to home for the first time in many years. Alot of my friends will be there, so I hope to put on a good showing!

Well thats all for now. I will be posting updates more often now that the season is close.

Thank You for stoping by, and please come again!

Hello from Minnesota! Opening day is about 2 months away, and I am starting to get all the race equipment ready. The buggy ended the season last year in good shape, so I mostly have just the normal pre season prep to go through.  Also, I am starting to make as many contacts as possible to line up sponsorship for this season. With 14 rounds of racing, and some TV coverage on speed, Sponsorship is a good investment.

Also this year, I would like to welcome my new crew chief, Todd. Todd comes from a solid racing background and will be a valuable addition to the team.

Well, thats all for today. Until next time
